Eight Principles of Quality Management

The eight quality management principles are fundamental principles and they must be used when developing a QMS to meet the requirements of ISO9001: 2000 standard. By applying these principles the organization will produce benefits for customers, owners, people, suppliers, local communities and the society at large. Each of the major clauses of ISO 9001: 2000 is based on these eight management principles.
